When our client first bought her home, she had the idea of what she envisioned but needed help to put it together. We were happy to help so we agreed to assist with major selections in addition to furnishing the space. Marble flooring with gold veining, a beautiful champagne colored wallpaper, and bright white walls were selected to create a warm, elegant sanctuary. This custom-built suite was not an easy task, as it was built onto the older home as an addition above the garage. Tall bed panels create a modernized look that further draws attention to the gorgeous accent wall. The champagne colored dressers and nightstands reflect the warm-colored lighting and add an element of surprise. The trick was not using too much gold here, but rather blending golds with other colors that compliment it such as champagnes, creams and ivory. Custom artwork, bedding and pillows were also added in to create a truly unique space. Our client's love for flowers and reading made it's way into the design through artwork and a comfortable chaise by the window. Heavy-weighted crystal table lamps with a marble base were added in to the space to echo the beautiful chandelier. Pictures don't do them any justice! A fun element to this space is the rug - From one angle it appears to be a muted beige color but from the other direction it's rich with golds, creams and beiges.
