What would you do if you finally got the home of your dreams? How would you design it? For some, building a new home is their option of choice but our client chose to buy a charming older home and to re-do everything inside the way she wanted it. The results were simply breathtaking. The design goal for this space was to make it a gorgeous eye-catching space for guests when they come to visit, as this is one of the first spaces you see upon entering this gorgeous home. Our client wanted something WOW and unique with just a touch of color. When creating this space, we looked for something that would catch the eye. This room is flooded with sunlight most of the day so we added in these beautiful sofas with metal detailing on the exterior. When the sun hits it just right, it creates a warm and beautiful glow. Adding in this custom-made dramatic piece of artwork really helps to give the room character. Of course, nothing would be complete without a touch of sparkle in the accessories. The small tray on the coffee table was hand-made and really shows that details matter. (Check out "Contemporary Living Area" to see the other half of the space)
